In my daughter's eye's...

I have been blogging so much about the baby, that I wanted to change directions for a minute! One of the scrap-booking challenges over at STS was the song lyric challenge. The song for this month was "In my daughter's eye's". I made this page with it...

Making this page really got me thinking about Karlee and how much I love her! Just like I put on my scrapbook page, "in my daughter's eye's...I see who I wanna be." This is so true. Karlee teaches me things every day. She is sweet and sensitive, tender hearted, loving, loyal and forgiving! She is also sassy, determined, independent...and doesn't take crap from anyone :). She truly is an example to me and is "everything that I wanna be". She is also an excellent student. She has made the honor roll every term this year and just last week she got called down to the Principal's office for Club 100. Club 100 means that she got "caught doing something good". Trent and I are so proud of her! I strive to live up to what she needs me to be as her mother, every single day...and I hope to learn from her and be more like her!

I can't wait to see her as a big sister to this baby girl that's growing inside me. If I know Karlee, baby Grace is going to be one spoiled princess...and I sure hope that she learns from and takes after her big sister!
