Florida Caverns State Park

Last weekend we ventured out to visit the Florida Caverns State Park. It is a lot like Timpanogos cave in Utah, but without the long, uphill hike to get to the cave! It was so fun to head down into the cave...where it was a cool 65 degrees...and see all of the fun formations. The kids are at the age where they really love seeing and learning about those kinds of things (especially Karlee).

One of the cool things about moving to Florida, and being in an unknown place, is that we try and find somewhere to visit each Saturday so that we can learn more about Tallahassee and the surrounding areas! It has been fun family time...both in driving in the car to get to each place...and in learning about each place together!
