Yesterday
my boy came home from school and he was moody, upset and all out of
sorts...AND he wouldn't talk to me about it. So I emailed his teacher
asking if there was an incident at school. This morning she replied
with, "well other than the maturation program which threw a lot of kids
off..." {Palm slap to the face} And...just like that I once again felt
like a failure! (In my defense, if there was a reminder note, he didn't
show it to me.)
Ok, so my story has a point (other than showing you all what a slacker mom I am)...I'm sure that, like me, all of you feel like you are failing; failing as a mother, wife, employee, neighbor, etc. Satan wants us to feel like that! He puts little thought in our heads to make us feel like that!

A few weeks ago, my sister sent me this picture/quote and she reminded
me to keep my chin up. Chin up my friends, we've got this! My sister has also
taught me another phrase that has become very important in my life...it
is "Satan get out of my head". It works...I promise...so when you're
feeling down or like a failure, first thing, tell Satan to get out of
your head, second thing...chin up...you've got this!
And friends, if you're having a day and don't feel like you've "got this", call me! I may not "have it" that day either, but I'm a good listener!
We are all God's children! He loves us!
