Karlee's Achievements

Parent Teacher conferences were last week and I just wanted to share (ok...brag) about Karlee's achievements!

First off, she got straight A's and made the honor roll! Way to go Karlee!!!

And second, we received the results of her "U-Pass" test that she took at the end of last year. You may not be able to see the results very well, but she scored 100% in almost all categories...that is above the percentages for the school, the LEA and the state!!!!! Can you believe it? We are so proud of her!

And on another note: just when I'm at my wits end, and thinking that my daughter doesn't like anything I say, do, cook, buy...etc, she brings home a note that says:

"Dear Mom and Dad,

I am thankful for the food you make for me. Thanks for giving me an education. I'm also thankful for your love, care, my bedroom, and everything else you give me. I am thankful for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and every other holiday. I love everything you have given me. Please remember that I'm always thankful, no matter how much I complain.

Whoo-hoo...I'm doing something right!
